Meizu launches 3 new smartphones models in Nepal

Chaudhary Group, the authorised dealer of Meizu smartphones in Nepal has launched three new models in the Nepali market.

The Group’s Mobile Division has launched Meizu Pro 7, Meizu M6 and Meizu M5s .
Established in 2003, Meizu is a Chinese consumer electronics firm . It manufactures smartphones and music players.

From the stable of Meizu their latest mobile launch is the M6s. The smartphone was launched in January 2018 in the international market recently. The M6s hasn’t been launched in Nepal yet but the older version Meizu M6 has been launched.

Meizu M6
The M6 sports a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280) display with 2.5D curved glass on top and is powered by a octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor with Mali T860 GPU that powered the M5. The Meizu M6 comes in two variants – one with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage and another with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, both of which are expandable via a microSD card (up to 128GB). The smartphone runs on Flyme OS 6.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat.

In the camera department, the Meizu M6 gets a 13-megapixel rear camera with 4-color RGBW flash, PDAF, and an f/2.2 aperture. The front camera is the upgraded version this time with an 8-megapixel sensor compared to the 5-megapixel camera on the M5.

The hybrid dual SIM (Nano+Nano/ microSD) Meizu M6 packs a 3070mAh battery, which is again the same as seen inside the M5. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS / GLONASS, among others. The handset measures 148.2×72.8×8.3mm and weighs 143 grams.

Meizu Pro 7
The phone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels.

The Meizu Pro 7 is powered by 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Meizu Pro 7 packs a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Meizu Pro 7 runs Android 7.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It measures 147.62 x 70.72 x 7.30 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 163.00 grams.

The Meizu Pro 7 is a dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) . Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and GPS.

Meizu M5s
This smartphone was launched in February 2017. The phone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 282 pixels per inch.

The Meizu M5s is powered by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Meizu M5s packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Meizu M5s runs on Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It measures 148.20 x 72.50 x 8.40 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 143.00 grams.

The Meizu M5s is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Infrared, USB OTG, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.

Meizu’s latest smartphones models launched in Nepal are Meizu M7, Meizu M6 and Meizu M5S.
