Great Wall Motors (GWM) officially launches new vehicles in Nepal

Three new models of Great Wall Motors (GWM) have been unveiled. The company unveiled GWM’s third-gen Haval H-6, Haval Jolion and Poir at an event on Monday. At the same time, the company has officially entered the Nepali market.

Third Generation Haval H6 :

The third gen Haval H-6 SUV comes with more power and many luxury features. It has a 2.0 liter petrol turbo engine. It generates 150 kW of power and 320 Nm of torque. The company claims that the vehicle is made of 72 percent high quality steel and is very strong and stable.

Its outer and inner design is also attractive. It has a panoramic sunroof, automatic wiper, multi-function steering, eight-way adjustable driver’s seat, wireless charging to give the car a new look.

The company claims that the car has eight airbags, a 360-degree camera, HHC (Hill Hold Control), ABS Plus EBD facility and anti-collision plant, such as SCM (Second Collision Plant) and FM (Forward Collision Plant) to reduce the risk of accidents.

Its built-in intelligent mobility allows you to enjoy L-2 level automatic ACC drive at maximum speed. The arrangement of recognizing traffic signals and staying in the lane will give the driver a sense of safety and complete control over the vehicle. Likewise, the interior of the vehicle, the leather seat and the place where the feet can be kept open make the driver and the occupant feel comfortable.

The third-gen Haval H-6 is available in three colors: Hamilton White, Ayers Gray and Atlantic Blue. The company has set a starting price of Rs 96,99,999.

Haval Jolion:

Haval Jolion’s model has also entered the market in three versions. The 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine in the vehicle generates 110 kW of power and 220 Nm of torque.

The company claims that the 133 mm ground clearance of the vehicle can be easily driven on any road like Nepal. The vehicle has four types of drive mode and electric parking braking technology. As 73 percent of the vehicles are made of high quality steel, the company has provided different and strong stability and safety.

Haval Jolion features panoramic sunroof, automatic wiper, multi-function steering and pedal shifter, 6-way adjustable driver seat, eight airbags, comfortable leather seat ABS, hill hold control, hill descent control, event data recorder, touch screen and more.

Similarly, the front of the car has LED lights and the rear has fog lights. Haval Jolion will be available in five colors – Blue, Black, Gray, Hamilton White and Mars Red.

The company has set the starting price of the car at Rs 55,49,999.

Poir pick-up truck:

The company has unveiled a pick-up truck along with two SUVs. The Poir pick-up model has been unveiled in two versions – Elite and Pilot.

The 2.0-liter diesel engine in this vehicle generates a maximum of 120 kW of power and 400 Nm of torque. The company claims that 84 percent of the vehicle’s cover is made of high quality steel.

Among the pick-up segments, it has a sunroof in Poir. The car can be started without a key. The vehicle features a six-way driver seat, eight airbags, leather seat, hill hold control and hill descent control, vehicle stability control, 9-inch touch screen with Android support. The car also has LED lights on the front and fog lights on the back.

The company has set the price of the Poir pick-up at Rs 64,99,999.
